01What it checks

What a stranger notices in the first three seconds.

Filters today weigh your domain's reputation and how people react more than words. But the same habits that trip content filters are the ones that stop people replying.

Length

Under 120 words

One true fact about them, one line about you, one question. Anything longer reads as a template.

Words & links

Nothing that reads as an ad

Pressure words, prices in the subject, link shorteners and several links are what promotions and scams look like — in English and in French.

The ask

One easy question

A reply is the goal, so end on something answerable in one line. A statement gives them nothing to say.

The way out

An easy no

French B2B prospecting must let people refuse further emails. One plain line (“Reply ‘stop’”) does it and costs you nothing.

02Questions

What people ask.

Does a good score mean I'll land in the inbox?
No checker can promise that. Placement depends mostly on the sending domain: its age, its records, its volume and how people react. This checks the email itself; the domain check covers the records, and a warm-up covers the rest.
Is my email sent anywhere?
No. The checks run in your browser; nothing you paste leaves the page.
Is “gratuit” or “free” really a problem?
One mention won't get you filtered on its own. It's flagged because in a first email from a stranger it reads as a promotion — and promotions don't get replies.
Why does it ask for a way to say no?
In France, B2B prospecting by email is allowed when it concerns the person's job and they can easily object (CNIL). Gmail's sender rules also expect an easy way out. A single line is enough.
