Every feature — campaigns, inbox, A/B testing, analytics, the API — for €5/mo. You connect your own useSend instance and cover delivery yourself, so Mailbase never meters your sending. How do AI assistant messages work?
Every plan includes a monthly pool of assistant messages (30 on Free, up to 10,000 on Scale) — one message is one question you ask the agent, including the searches and reads it runs to answer. The emails the engine writes to prospects are not counted as messages. When the pool is used up the assistant pauses until next cycle or you upgrade.
Can I use my own AI model or key?
Yes. Connect your own provider key (OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, MiniMax, Groq, Mistral or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint) and the assistant runs on your account at your cost, unmetered.
What happens if I hit my email limit?
