Deliverability that starts before the first email

Buy a domain or connect yours. Mailbase writes SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the reply MX, then warms the domain up on real engagement — and stops it before it gets burned.

01Why it works

Three things it gets right.

Cold email rarely fails on the words. It fails on a domain that is a week old, sends three hundred emails on day one and collects two complaints. Mailbase treats the domain as the thing to protect. It sets up the records mailbox providers check, then gives each domain its own warm-up: twenty emails on the first day, the next stage only when yesterday's allowance was used and the last seven days of real bounces and complaints are clean. The people most likely to want your mail go first, the day's volume is spread out, and a domain that went quiet for a month starts a few stages back. No warm-up network, no robot inboxes opening your mail — just the signal mailbox providers actually score.

Set up for you, then re-checked

Search and buy a domain in the app, or connect one you own. SPF, DKIM, DMARC (p=none to start) and the MX that brings replies back are written for you, re-checked until they verify, and each domain sends through its own identity.

A warm-up that listens to real mail

Ten stages, from 20 to 20,000 a day. A domain moves up only while 7-day bounces stay under 2% and complaints under 0.1%. It steps back at those lines and pauses at 5% bounces or 0.3% complaints, the lines mailbox providers act on.

Honest by design

No seed network trading fake opens and replies. Gmail and Yahoo's sender rules and the sending provider's policy forbid it, and it hides the one thing you need to know: whether real people want your email.

02What it ships with

The pieces, one by one.

  1. Domains: buy in the app or connect your own; subdomains supported
  2. Records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reply MX written and re-checked automatically
  3. Warm-up: 10 stages per domain, 20 → 20,000 emails a day, gated by real bounce and complaint rates
  4. Order: people who replied, clicked or opened go first, then recent contacts
  5. Pacing: each day's volume spread over ten hours; a month idle restarts three stages back
  6. Guards: kill-switch on bounces and complaints, shared suppression list, one-click unsubscribe, every draft screened
  7. Analytics: delivery by mailbox provider, bounce reasons, machine opens and clicks filtered out
